Our Full Moon Meditation✨🌕✨ allows you to reflect on the past month - what is adding light to your life or what no longer serves you - as we enter the beautiful, deep trance state of a full-length, multisensory sound bath. 🎵🧘🏻‍♀️✨


At a full moon, it's the perfect time to reflect, release & rejuvenate...


STEP 1: REFLECT

🌕 on your progress, accomplishments & goals

🌕 on your relationships, friendships & family life 

🌕 on where you're spending time, energy and effort

🌕 on what you really want - your passion, purpose, vision, mission & direction


STEP 2: RELEASE

🌕 ruminating thoughts and anxious energy so you can feel calm & focused

🌕 the guilt or shame of bad habits so you can empower yourself

🌕 anger & resentment and instead forgive - because forgiveness is for YOU

Sound Bath Meditation is one of the easiest ways to meditate deeply even without any prior meditation experience.

The galaxy lights & ambience of soft candlelight set the mood for relaxation, while guided meditation and the ethereal sounds of the instruments and soft vocals help you easily slip into a meditative trance state.


Sound baths aren't just heard, they're felt... in every cell of your body.

Sound baths on YouTube are relaxing to hear, but a sound bath in person is a next-level experience!


We are made of 60% water and every water molecule and atom in your body vibrates. Higher vibrations raise mood and stimulate "happy hormones" like serotonin and the calming hormone melatonin to produce better sleep. The vibrations you experience can relax your mind & body, restore your energy, and can even replenish you more than sleep!


Sound bath meditations also help you to

  • relieve anxiety

  • organize thoughts

  • heal emotional wounds

  • awaken intuition

  • create connection with your Soul & Higher Power


WHAT TO WEAR

👕 Come as you are. Leave feeling relaxed & rejuvenated. No special clothing needed. Dress comfortably. Some guests like to remove shoes. Socks are recommended so you don't get too cold.


WHAT TO BRING

☑️ a yoga mat & small pillow - a sound bath is best experienced lying on your back - chairs are available if you cannot (or prefer not to) lie down

☑️ a blanket/throw & cozy socks - Body temperature naturally drops during this relaxation meditation so bring what you need to stay cozy & warm. Becoming too cold will distract the mind and prevent (or break) the meditative state.

☑️ a water bottle to hydrate afterward (optional)

☑️ an open mind, heart & spirit ready to be filled with good vibes & magical moments



🚩IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT REGISTRATION

Space is limited. Registration closes one hour prior or when full.

Early registration is highly recommended to guarantee your spot.

To create a peaceful, calm atmosphere immediately upon your arrival, and to keep my focus on providing the best meditation experience possible, payment is not accepted at the door.  We want entry to be a calm time for you to ease into relaxation & meditation. If you get stuck in traffic or have other delays that prevent you from attending, just contact me for a credit. I'm happy to help you reschedule your meditation or sound bath experience.


ARRIVE EARLY!

Doors will be locked 10 minutes after start time to ensure an uninterrupted, beautiful meditation state for guests. I understand Atlanta traffic and other delays may occur. So if you miss your session for any reason, email me for a session credit. I’m happy to help you reschedule & enjoy a future sound bath experience.
