Studio Policies
for classes, lessons, workshops & events 

By enrolling, you understand and agree to the following policies 

 

Classroom Courtesy

  • respect the rules of the facility/instructor

  • keep toys & distractions out of the studio

  • silence phones during class/lesson

  • keep waiting areas quiet

Illness

  • When sick, please reschedule. I'm happy to do a makeup or give you a credit so we can all stay healthy & happy. 

  • For mild illness, please use your best judgment.

  • DO NOT ATTEND IF you have had any of the following in the last 24 hours: fever, vomiting, flu, Covid (or direct exposure to person diagnosed with Covid), or other highly contagious disease like pink eye, hand/foot/mouth disease, etc.

Media Waiver

Photos and videos taken during class/lessons are used on our website, social media & other promotional materials. To opt out of media sharing, you must submit a written request via email or the contact form *prior to* your service date.

 

Please note that opting out of media sharing may result in a student being disqualified from participation in performances where video is the primary medium (e.g. a movie making camp or theatre camp where a video performance is the only performance).

Waiver of Liability & Release 

In your voluntary participation in classes, lessons, coaching, readings, programs, recitals, concerts, performances, or any other services offered by Holly Tate and A Cup of Rainbows (hereafter "Services"), you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, (known or unknown), property damage or loss of any kind, including the extremely unlikely event of serious injury or death of yourself, your child, your guest, or any other person (whether adult or minor child) that attends a Service (hereafter "Participant") in any and all facilities where Services are offered which may be incurred as a result of your voluntary participation in any Services or on the property/inside the facility where Services are provided.


You knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any right to claim against Holly Tate and A Cup of Rainbows, including her studio, her employees, her contractors, and her volunteer assistants, for any illness, injury or death to any participant, property damage or loss of any kind, caused by your voluntary participation in the Services provided.

 

You knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any right to claim against all facilities where Services are held and further agree to the employees, contractors and volunteer staff members of those facilities (including her home studio located at 5032 Wana Court Mableton, GA 30126 and ALL other facilities where Services are held including, but not limited to, the following locations: Nativity Lutheran Church in Austell, GA; Dancer's Dreamhouse in Austell, GA; Mable House Arts Center in Mableton, GA; Bethany United Methodist Church in Smyrna, GA; Woodchase Academy in Smyrna, GA) for any risks, loss, injury or damage.

 

You understand and agree that your enrollment in any Service(s) provided by Holly Tate or enrolled in at A Cup of Rainbows or acupofrainbows.com, whether a paid Service or an unpaid Service (such as a free consult or Service gifted to you), in any and all locations, are subject to the responsibilities set forth in this waiver, even if the location or full address is not listed in this waiver.


This is a legally binding waiver, Release, Discharge and Covenant Not to Sue Holly Tate, her studio, her assistants or contractors, and her facilities including her home studio at 5032 Wana Court Mableton, GA 30126 and ALL other facilities where classes/lessons are held and is intended to have the broadest legal effect as permitted by applicable law so as to bar any claims against Holly Tate, her studio, her assistants or contractors, her volunteers, and her facilities (including her home at 5032 Wana Court Mableton, GA 30126 and ALL other facilities where Services are held including, but not limited to, the following locations: Nativity Lutheran Church in Austell, GA; Dancer's Dreamhouse in Austell, GA; Mable House Arts Center in Mableton, GA; Bethany United Methodist Church in Smyrna, GA; Woodchase Academy in Smyrna, GA) including facility employees, facility contractors and volunteers in her facilities, for any risks, loss, injury or damage.
